Workflow Intelligence Group was founded by Dan Caplin to solve a problem he kept seeing in every founder-led business he worked with: the decisions that mattered most were trapped inside one person's head.
Dan has spent over 20 years in B2B sales, agency operations, and business development - first running teams, then building systems for other founders who'd hit the same wall he had. The pattern was always the same: talented people, strong offer, growing demand, and a founder drowning in operational decisions that shouldn't have needed them.
The answer was never more discipline or another tool. It was better system design - workflows built around how people actually think, decide, and operate under pressure.
That insight became Workflow Intelligence Group.
WIG works with founder-led and creative businesses through two focused practices:
AllboundOS — sales decision systems that move pipeline management out of the founder's head and into a shared, repeatable engine. For B2B businesses between £500K and £10M that have outgrown instinct-led sales but aren't ready for enterprise infrastructure.
Beyond Divergence — neuroinclusive workflow design for founders and leaders whose brains don't work the way most productivity advice assumes. Dan was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia 26 years ago. Beyond Divergence exists because the systems that help neurodivergent leaders thrive are better systems for everyone.
Both practices are built on the same principle: protect the thinking space where the best decisions happen, and design systems to handle everything else.
Dan also works as a fractional business development director for select clients, and writes about creativity, decision architecture, and the messy middle on this site.
